Can you manage our social media too, or just design the content?
We do both. ramel offers full social media management — including strategy, scheduling, posting, and community engagement — as well as custom content design. You can choose what works best for your business, whether it's just the visuals or full hands-off management.
Do I own the designs you create for me?
Yes! All final designs we create for you are 100% yours. You’ll receive print-ready files, editable formats (on request), and access to any assets or branding guides we produce as part of your project or ramel magazine.
How long does it take to get my first designs?
Turnaround depends on the service, but we aim to deliver initial concepts within 2–3 business days for most design requests. For branding ramel magazine or full campaigns, we’ll provide a timeline in your onboarding. Ongoing monthly clients receive a set delivery schedule each week or month.
Do I need to sign a contract, and how flexible are your terms?
Yes, we use simple monthly agreements to outline the scope of work, deliverables, and timelines — nothing complicated or long-term unless you prefer it. Most of our services are offered on a rolling month-to-month basis, so you can scale up, pause, or cancel with 30 days’ notice. We believe in earning your business with results, not locking you in.
